Frontline Heroes
Throughout the history of our League, the Junior League of Montclair-Newark has been known to come together to address crises in collaborative ways and respond with action during difficult times such as this.
Accordingly, we have established the Feeding our Frontline Heroes program that allows us to simultaneously support local business and ensure that hospital workers, police, EMT, firefighters, and other frontline workers & organizations are well-nourished while achieving the following goals:
Promote - We want to show our heroes on the frontlines how much we appreciate them and to honor the bravery, strength, grit and all the sacrifices that they are making to help fight the Coronavirus pandemic.
Partner - We will partner with you to help raise funds to order meals that will be distributed to our frontline heroes. Our collaboration with one another will allow us to go farther together.
Provide - Our collective efforts will help us to reach our goal of providing hundreds of meals, if not thousands of meals, to our heroes while supporting our local restaurants that are working hard to keep their business operational during these unprecedented times. The sustainability of our local restaurants is vital to our community.
The Junior League of Montclair-Newark is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
