    Non-Profit Booth - Must provide 501c3 number.
    • Booth Size 15 WIDE X 10 DEEP (Curbside Area)
    • $100 fee (non-refundable)
    • 3% credit card processing fee $3.00

    *All vendors must apply and pay for all necessary licenses/permits directly through the Township of Montclair.

    • $10 Special Event Vendor License Fee (non-refundable)

  • 2024 Walnut Street Fair - Food Booth: Any food that is prepared, sliced, or served on site.

    Food Booth: Any food that is prepared, sliced, or served on site. Includes lemonade, ice tea, kettle corn, pickles, smoothies, gelato, etc.
    • Booth Size 15 WIDE X 10 DEEP (Curbside Area) 
    • $225 fee (non-refundable) 
    • 3% credit card processing fee $6.75

    *All vendors must apply and pay for all necessary licenses/permits directly through the Township of Montclair.
    • $25 Special Event Vendor License Fee (non-refundable)
    • $10 Temporary Food (non-refundable)
    • All food vendors using an open flame/propane for cooking are also required to fill out a Fire Safety Permit Application $42 (non-refundable).

    Business Promotional: (Companies promoting products or Services / Distributing Promotional Items)
    • Booth Size 15 WIDE X 10 DEEP (Curbside Area) 
    • $250 fee (non-refundable)
    • 3% credit card processing fee $7.50
